Quality Assurance

We often hear that hiring freelancers is risky--that there can be great discrepancies in ability depending on the freelancer. InProGroup, in order to dissipate these fears, acquires personnel and manages projects according to the following policies.

  • Most of our group is made up of people recommended to us by people we trust
  • InProGroup maintains a close relationship with its members, and is aware of everything from the members’ personalities to their future career plans
  • In order to ensure the quality of our projects, InProGroup will remain involved throughout the duration of the projects

Flexible Contract Types

We will set up project teams comprised of people with the appropriate experiences and skills to answer to your needs. You also have the option to work with one of our professionals on an individual basis. Though our contract types can be tailored to your needs, we also want to introduce two common types of contracts in this industry: “Project-Based Contracts” and “Advisory”

Project-Based

Project-Based Contracts work generally like this: “We will deploy this number of professionals for this period of time. The involvement of each professional will be this, this, and this %. The monthly charge for each of these professionals is this much, so the total cost will be this much.” InProGroup provides this type of contract as well. The process is as follows.

1. Defining the Project

We help clients shape their vague wishes and needs into the form of a “project.”

2. Structuring the Project

We establish the areas the project is to cover, and organize systematically the project’s role and deliverables.

3. Proposal

We provide a proposal to the client detailing the consultant(s) that are to work for the project. Clients have the final say in the selection of professionals for their project.

4. The Contract

We come to an agreement with the client as to the contract value, specifications etc., draw up the contract, and manage the payment process.

5. Support

InProGroup will support the project to its conclusion.

Advisory

We recommend the Advisory Contract for clients who do not currently have enough requests or needs for a full-on project, but would rather we provide solutions for smaller-scale issues that crop up over the long-term. For this type of contract, we agree upon a set monthly charge, and decide on the maximum number of hours we can provide for that amount. If the number of hours worked exceeds this maximum, there will be a variable charge (e.g. x amount for one hour).

Here we have described two contract types that are common in the industry. We will, however, tailor our contract types to your specific needs--so please contact us to hear about your options.

Cost Advantage

It is possible to acquire workforce when you need it, for just as long as you need it. Labor costs, which are generally fixed costs, become for this reason variable costs for you. We are also able to provide our services at a reasonable cost because you can limit work content and hours to what is truly necessary.
